FactorTrack™ is a personal, interactive application designed by Bayer HealthCare to help make it easier to track and record your hemophilia A Factor VIII infusions. For those on a prophylaxis regimen, it also offers you a reminder system to help make it easier to remember when to infuse.
WITH FACTORTRACK™, YOU CAN:
• Customize your infusion schedule based on your prescribed regimen
• Record and track infusions, doses, lots #s, and notes related to the location of your bleeds
• View and edit past, present and future infusion records in a calendar format
• Receive local notification infusion reminders
• View and filter your infusion history and, if you choose, email the information to yourself or your healthcare team
• Sign up to receive news and announcements from Bayer related to hemophilia A. We value your privacy, your information will not be shared with any third parties
When you use this app, Bayer HealthCare and their partners collect your infusion data in order to allow you to access, edit and/or share your infusion information. You may use FactorTrack™ without entering any information that directly identifies you. The infusion data you record will only be stored on Bayer HealthCare’s database in order for the app to function. Your information will not be shared with third parties.
