Please Fix This App

This is probably not really an app issue, but PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PRETTY PLEASE update patient information in the app again. I’ve been using this app for a couple of years and it has been great for informing me when medication was being sent or if I needed to send them some information. Now it says my application is incomplete, even though I have already been receiving medication for the past three months. Please start using your own app again.

Please Fix This App

Pretty neat

I found the fact that shire even has this program pretty awesome so finding that "they have an app for it" was equally cool. I'm thankful for the help as the app let me know they got my application and alerted me of its status pretty quickly. New year so I had to apply for help again only this time the app hasn't updated at all. No new case. Or status info. I liked it because I didn't have to depend on snail mail for updates. ( saved me from taking up more if there time by constantly calling to check the application status) very thankful for the help just a little sad the great app stopped working like it had.

Upgrade???

I cannot use the app. Every time I open the app I get an upgrade notification that says "Newer version of the shire cares mobile application is available. Please update to continue." There is an upgrade button that takes me to the shire cares app in the App Store, but there is no new version to download. There is no way around this, and I cannot use the app. Please fix this. Thanks.

Nice when it works

Tracker has been particularly helpful. When it works... I don't know if Shire Cares has just not posted updates, or of app is not working. Either way, needs improvement.

Connectivity issues...

Tracker does not work. It finds my info, prompts me for a code, then my email address... Then says "experiencing connectivity issues" and freezes. Tried deleting and reinstalling the app, even tried using it on my iPad (same "connectivity issues").

Awesome

This App is fantastic; I printed the program application directly from the App. I faxed the application in and new my status within 48 hrs.

Update app?

Love the app. But of my children 3 out of 5 are being serviced by shire cares. The app only supports the tracking of 1 child at a time. Any way to track more than 1 at a time without redownloading the app?

Broken

Just stays on home screen! Needs work!!!
