Fields not long enough.
In the Infusion Notes section there is not enough room for a full accounting of the infusion for people that need to document vital signs or changes that could be/probably are neg side effects. Additionally, doesn’t allow for 5-6 infusion sites on stomach. Scanning the QR codes is nice, but it could pull the information off the label just as easily, allowing the programmer to fix the other places that are broken.

Not a great app
Not a huge fan of this app which could be made easier to use and more helpful. There isn’t an easy way to record precise locations of the infusions to ensure the next infusion is in a different spot. We’ve tried entering a description with words, but having an illustration of the body that we could mark the locations on would be much easier, accurate and faster. On the positive side, recording the lot information with just a photo of the sticker is very convenient.

Love part of the app
I love the check boxes area for quickly checking what areas were infused. App is quick & accurate, but lacks a lot of things. There could be far more categories for medical history, etc. Please check the ePHR APP out. I use this for every infusion. If I could take that one & combine it with yours, it would be perfect for users. Thank you! Please consider developing more for users to put complete medical info on the app.

Can’t Upload Past Infusions
App seems to be a bit quirky. Crashes now and then. Can’t seem to upload past infusion information.

Worthless
I only give it one star because no stars isn’t an option. The old app was clunky but at least easy to use when you got used to it. The new app is totally worthless - creating an account is impossible; the app has to send a security code to your email, and when you come back to the app after getting the security code the app defaults back to the login/create account screen. How they can let something like this out without testing is beyond me.

No longer functions
Was working ok last week, but with latest iOS upgrade it is saying it is not compatible. Impossible to sign in. Let’s hope they get this fixed. Would be nice if the dev team can post something about the issue and an era for Updates.

Update doesn’t work
The latest update doesn’t work. All I get is a screen saying I need to create an account. There’s no button or option to do that. Now I can’t access my log which I need today to remember my last shot locations.

Terrible update
It’s cool that you updated the app, and maybe I will get used to it but it was a big surprise today when I went to record my infusion and everything was gone. Great, you give the opportunity to migrate the years of entries I’ve made, but the app crashed several times during the process and apparently the data was lost. Years and years of data gone.

Lost all my info when u forced an update
It was great. I had 4 years worth of data and all lost because u upgraded ur app without letting us know. Load of bull.

Should have left well enough alone
This new app is horrible. It doesn’t work half the time and according to the email I received, I was supposed to be able to transfer my past infusion log into the new app. Didn’t work so now 2 years worth of infusions are gone. Not happy at all.

Terrible app.
It doesn’t work on my IPhone 8 Plus. Can’t scroll through items to fill in the info!!

Unreliable
I had the previous version of the My Hizentra app for the past 6 years. I never had a problem or issue with using the app or uploading my infusion information. The new update of the Hizentra app is horrible. It is very unreliable and continuously crashes while trying to complete an infusion. Also, you cannot retrieve your past journal entries as it crashes when you click on them. They really need to fix these issues as this is an important medical app.

Was good for a while
I guess the app updated? Lost all saved info, can’t log into account. Can’t reset password. Nothing. Was good at saving info for a while. Now, completely useless!

Not a fan
I used the old app. It is telling me I need to set up an account but there is no way to set up an account in the app. This is a bad situation for anyone who has relied on this to track their infusions.

Update not functional
When app opened to record today’s infusion, screen notifies that app has been updated and account needs to be set up to use. Screen does not open into another to allow for said account creation. Previous data appears to all be lost. Any suggestions???

Update has made this all unusable on iPhones
I cannot get past the intro screen on the update. All of my previous infusion data is now potentially lost. This has happened to a lot of other users I know since the update. They need to revert back to the old version ASAP.

Useless
Was happy to see the app was finally updated however, it isn’t stable. The new app migrated my infusion history but when I click in an older journal entry the app just crashes. Useless.

Lost 14 months of journal entries
Been using the app since May 2019 when I first began infusing with Hizentra. Version 2.0 of the app initially would not allow me to create an account. After multiple tries I was finally able to create one. However when it asked me if I wanted to store my previous info in the cloud I accidentally pressed no, thinking I’d be able to go back and read the information underneath the dialogue. Instead the app simply moved forward and none of my journal entries were available nor was there any way to attempt to recover them. In general I liked using the old app and I will probably use the new app, however, losing all the previous data so easily is a pretty terrible piece of software.

Don’t even try...
Read the reviews. I had the same experience the worst of them describes. The update is terrible.

Bad app
No clue why they felt need to change this app. Lost 6 years of data just like that. Scan is absolutely horrible so I’m back to recording in a notebook manually. Nice job.

Total trash
I’m sure you could have made this App less workable it you really tried. Much worse than the previous version

Bad Update
This app had a few issues with remembering the scanned vials, as well as occasionally erasing a session from the journal. Now, I can’t even log in to record my daughters infusion! Please fix quickly!! Here I am a week later, and I still cannot get in to “create a new account” so that I can migrate over my old entries”. There isn’t any info on how to create that account and nowhere to go from the front page of the new app. I now have two treatments that I haven’t been able to log in. This needs to be dealt with immediately.

New update
The new update is not supported on my iphone. I have lost all my data since I cannot log in. Wish I never would have set my phone to auto update!

Bad app
This app is not ready for distribution. Most frustrating app I’ve ever used. Please bring back the old app while this one gets fixed. And please test the thing before you release it. This is important record keeping, not a game, get it right.

Go back to old edition
The “update” is NOT good. You took away my places to enter temp/infusion time/free text fir medication (before/after), how one tolerated infusion...previous edition was far superior to this one. I had been telling folks about it and praising it. I shared with my home infusion RN-now, I would recommend using paper to chart/document infusions. One VERY disappointed customer. :(

New app is not effective
I had no notice there was a new app being launched. My data didn’t transfer as it said it would. The app keeps crashing and won’t schedule a reminder every two weeks. I am beyond frustrated. The old app was cumbersome but worked. No my medical history is missing and the new app doesn’t work.

Awful since the update
Since the latest update, I have lost so much info on my infusions. In order to put a single infusion in, I have to delete the app and then add it again. I’ve decided to go back to paper.

Bring back the old app!
This new app is terrible! All of my previous infusion history is gone, it did not migrate to the new app. I can’t even look at my journal for the three infusions in my new log. Every time I click on them it closes the app. Also why isn’t the a Face ID option for sign in? Please bring back the old app!

Horrible Update!!!
This went from useful to unusable and THEY LOST ALL MY PREVIOUS DATA!! Do not get this app. Tech support doesn’t know how to help!

Very difficult app
I have to delete my account every time I need to reschedule an infusion Basically erasing all my info from the journal before The app before this one was a little easier to navigate too

Updated app won’t even load
This app forced an update and erased the original myHizentra app. Now this app appears and has an intro page but nothing clickable to sign in or import data from the old app. Totally worthless and I now have 7 months of missing infusion data. I’ve called the company for support and they said they’ve received a lot of complaints and someone would call me back. No calls. No updates on the app. Horrific for a medical company!!!!

Will not migrate old data.
This version will not migrate old data from old version. Now you don’t have record of old data. It isn’t even worth A STAR.

ETA
Is there an ETA on fixing this app? It’s been like this for weeks. I relied on this app for years and for it to crash this frequently is disappointing.

Terrible
You shouldn’t have to put your password in every time. Even iCloud can’t save it.

Nothing works, I have tried twice now.
The old app was easy and worked every time. I’ve tried twice now to create an account again since my old user account didn’t work. The new confirmation code never made it to my email, I check the junk folder too.

Unable to email journal log to doctor
Need to fix the ability to email infusion details! Some legal wording comes up and can’t finish due to words on top of submit email

Need to edit
Please allow editing once saved. After scanning vials and add infusion points should be able to save and edit to add infusion time. Thanks

Poor performance
Cannot even get past setting up the account Bc the "next" button will not light up so I can select it snd move on. I've completed all fields and it still won't let me move on. Just want to scan my vials snd add infusion location.

Use to work great now not so much....
I have an Apple IPhone 11 and the new update does not work. I can’t even get an email to with a code to login.

Needs bug fixes
I too had trouble getting account created, and previous data to migrate...about three weeks went unrecorded until I got determined and spent about an hour on it. The main thing that made it so frustrating and time consuming to get started was that the app kept crashing and had to bring it back up and start all over. The account is created and all my data is there now, but the problem persists to this day. Every time I try to use the app, it crashes as soon as I log in and try to maneuver past the home screen. I have to bring it back up and log in some three or four times before it will let me record an infusion...frustrating! Additionally, I personally have no interest in having to choose and save my infusion site location data every time. I just want to scan my vials and move on. Update: 12/13/20 To be fair...after about a month using the app, it is running much better...hasn’t had the crashing problem at least the last few weeks. Logging the site location and time really isn’t a big deal either once you accept change. Re-rating to 4 stars.

New update horrible!
Please fix! I scan vials and then it doesn’t record and goes back to the beginning. So frustrating!

No notes section, infusions lost
In your previous version, there was a Notes section. I was able to be more specific entering exactly where the infusion sites were located. I don’t need to know how long it took me to infuse, I need to know exactly where I infused!! A couple of weeks ago, I entered all infusion information and saved it. The following week, when I went into the app, the previous infusion details were gone!!

Was Great, Can’t Use Anymore
I used this app on my iPhone 11 Pro Max. No problems at all. Kept all my infusion info here. Upgraded to iPhone 12 Pro Max and haven’t been able to use at all since. Can’t log in so I can’t access months of infusion data. After upgrade, at first I got message developer needs to fix app, not compatible with this phone. Now, I can’t remember my password so I keep trying to change it. I ask for a code to be emailed to me, it it never comes through. Doesn’t go to junk folder, just never appears. Can’t access any of my old data and can’t get in to add more. Worthless to me now.

I don’t like new version
I don’t like the new page to the point I am considering not using it. One I don’t like I have to sign in every time with my password. I don’t like that you have to put down how long the infusion is and I always just put down 75 minutes every time. I really wish you could sign in with facial recognition. I don’t like the whole time thing it does like if I have is setup in the app that I do the infusion at 4pm but I don’t do the infusion till 700pm I believe it acts like I missed my infusion. Can’t recall 100% but it was something like that.

Lost 5 years of infusion data.
Well, thank you! I no longer have to worry about 5+ years of data, because it’s gone! I certainly hope someone gets fired over this destruction. I am furious! What were you trying to accomplish? Forget it! Came back spent about an hour-data still lost-I just won’t bother. It was a nice feature, now-totally screwed.

Need to edit
Please allow editing once saved. After scanning vials and add infusion points should be able to save and edit to add infusion time. Thanks

Useless.

Well, at least it used to OPEN
It was functional. The UI wasn’t super intuitive, but it let me keep track of my infusions. Then it updated yesterday, apparently, and now it won’t even open. 👎🏼

Bad Update
This app had a few issues with remembering the scanned vials, as well as occasionally erasing a session from the journal. Now, I can’t even log in to record my daughters infusion! Please fix quickly!!

Nice job.

Awful
As an app aficionado I'm appalled by this jammed up with ads site. All I sought was an app to journal my protocol. Don't bother. Also never got new patient info.

Love!
I love this app. It has helped me tremendously with keeping up with all the details of my infusion. It's User friendly and easy to set up. My only suggestion would be to find a way to transfer all the information from device to device. That way I can access my infusion notes and information from multiple devices.

Gives wrong date
After last update, now it says my next infusion is today (it should be next week). It is not adjusting and telling me the correct date for my next infusion.

Does what it's supposed to
Does proper recording of the infusion. Could have more space to record details, and easier recording, but all in all a decent app to replace the paper log.

Working great now
I had earlier written a review saying the vials didn't scan. That was either user error of fixed. I have used the app for months now problem free. It is exactly what I need to track. I would actually like if this data was backed up somewhere and linked to the program where you get future credits for infusions when you are out of insurance coverage.

Vials do not scan.
Vials do not scan. Please fix.

Needs a LOT of Work
1) Can't Manually enter an infusion if you do not have the Vial to Scan (so I could not enter/track my 1st 3 Infusions which were done before I learned to save vial info - as nurses did not tell me) 2) No Room to add my current medication, Seriously, I didn't even have enough space to enter 2 of my meds, much less all of them, plus their mg's and frequency! 3) Unless the T&C change, it is annoying having to "agree" every time I log into the App (even if only 2 mins have passed) I hope you update the App and make it more user friendly. I think Hizentria has a great patient program overall, but your App sure needs some simple fixes. Thanks & Look forward to when it works better.

This is the Freedom 60 of iOS apps
Bulky, out of date, and disappointing. CSL Behring, get with the times! This app has the potential to be so much more than it is. You could start with updating for the iPhone 6 and 6+. The UK has a much better infusion diary for Hizentra.

Buggy, not intuitive app
I scan a code. It disappears for No reason. After the infusion is done, there's no option to rescan a code. It deletes notes that I enter. The interface is unclear, not intuitive and unhelpful.

Can't scan the QR Code
I like it I would give it more stars if I was able to scan the QR Code instead of entering the information on keypad

Convenient
Easy to set up and use. Nice to have a paperless record. Like the other reviewer said, I wish I could delete entries that didn't save properly. Also, we've been using this app for a few months and I'm set to get notifications day of an infusion, but I haven't gotten a single one. Would be nice to enter custom infusion sites.

MyHizentra
Such a great tool. Like others would like to delete test entries. Doesn't sync with IPhone/iPad. So have to make sure only putting entries in one device. No success with scanning vials. Have to manually input.

Love it!
I would give it 5 stars if I could delete a couple of my infusions that didn't record properly. I love not having to keep a written journal od my infusions.

Easy lot number scanning
We used to be hit or miss with recording lot numbers. This makes it so much easier!

Looks good

An amazing app!
This is a really cool and useful app for me receiving my SQIg therapy.
