Update app please 
I can know longer use this app as it isn’t compatible with ios11 and the company doesn’t have an email address to contact. Who writes letters these days.
 
Disappointing 
App doesn't even recognise email address, keeps telling me to put in valid email address. Can't even sign up to open the app. Waste of download credit!
 
Damn 
Just downloaded app - can't add horse, bird etc only dog/cats - so far not impressed :(
 
Needs improvement 
In theory it is a good idea, but I am also experiencing the vaccination resetting itself to a 4 week reminder. I also incorrectly entered my email address and cannot change it.
 
Frustrated 
This app does not save all my information & keeps re-setting the vaccination period to 4 weeks even though I keep changing it to 12 months, which means I am constantly being told on my home page that I am overdue to vaccinate all my pets. Very frustrating. If this bug could be fixed it would be quite a good app.
 
app doesn't work!! 
this app does not work!! it downloaded ontoy device with no probs but when you open the app it just says downloading but never opens! I have tried deleting it and reloading but still doesn't work!!

Downloaded the app and tries to open but alas no luck like everyone else! Even looked for some way to contact them and ask what's wrong, no email or social media presence, just call or send a letter by snail mail! Seems like this is a poor attempt at social marketing!

It doesn't get past the start screen, works exactly as it appears on the first screen shot in the App Store = brand advertising? Product quality?
