Too many steps I like that I can track my injections, but it asks too many questions post injection. I hate that I have to log in each time I use this. I do not like this updated version. The older version was much better.

Latest Version is disappointing! 1) does not track injections--you can't see where you last injected so why bother tracking? 2) must login each time--no value to the end user here. A step that is unnecessary. I might as well go back to paper.

I think they are very worried about the generic soon to be available. I hate that I have to log in. I hate that it asks how I'm "feeling", and all sorts of other nonsense questions. As long as it asks stupid questions, I'll give junk answers. I want to be able to turn them off. God this app sucks!

Copaxone iTracker should be NoTracker I have poor memory and the tracker does not track where I give the injections :-(. Is a waste of time

worse than the original ;) useless, use google calendar instead Just like other reviewers said - too invasive, annoying, it is ridiculous to have to log in so many times... HELLO,, i have MS - i have limited use of my hands, i have tremors.i have low vision due to optic neuritis, so having to login is painful and difficult and annoying!!! I instead use google calendar to manage my injection rotations & reminders. Thank you to all the reviewers, your responses were hilarious :) Blessings!

I like it When they did the update I was a bit upset. I mean why mess with something that works? But once I started using it I really like it. All my info from the first version transferred over without any issues. The only thing I don't like is being made to log in every time. Aside from that, it's great. Yes you can turn the voice off.

Original iTracker is better I do not like the current Ask Claire. The original tracked the previous injection locations without having to do an addition to notes.

2.0 is awful The new update is awful. I will not be using it. Why do we have to log in every time? And why all the questions after logging an injection? The old version was so much easier to record. Now it takes twice as long.

I like the other version a lot better. Didn't have a password to worry about and it always loaded. It never loads until 2 days later which makes it look like I'm not doing it on time. Can I get old version back.

2.0 total failure, will never use The original was okay, at least functional. The 2.0 makes me very unhappy. I used copaxone to track my injections now my injections are all messed up because the new app will not load. All it does is ask me to log in which is very annoying to have to keep doing and then I have to listen to that annoying voice. I can't even pull up my past injections to see where I should do next. This is what I get for trusting an app, I doubt I'll use the app if ever gets functional. Total fail.

Update is awful The old version had some bugs, but it was usable and I had come to rely on it to track which site I was supposed to inject. Now I have to log in, all my old info has been lost, and that voice WILL NOT SHUT UP. Listen, I've been doing this for four years and I do NOT NEED a computerized voice to walk me through anything, especially not at 6 in the morning while my partner is still trying to sleep. Words are not adequate to express how bad this update is.

Ugh! The old app showed me where my depth needed to be set at. This new update doesn't have the option. And password protected? Really?

Useless Program has become harder to use with each update. I'm going to go create a Google spreadsheet to track injections and uninstall this POS.

Ugh I was a huge advocate for the original release as it was easy and functional. This app is internet based, theres a person that talks you through it that I would love to turn off, and now we have to rate our injection daily. Better if it gave us the option to rate or take notes. Just an added waste.of.time. Bring the old version back. This is garbage

You fix something you broke more stuff You have to log in each time, what if I don't have internet? The phone shuts the screen off and you have start everything again from login

New app for Copaxone Horrible! HTC ONE and now I have to log in every time as well as answering to an annoying female voice that admonishes me for my site choice. Then I have to answer several more questions and "share my feelings" about my injections. None of your flipping business. I will tell you if and when I have a problem.

I prefer this over the paper planner. I find it more convenient.

Broken on HTC One M8 It keeps force closing on HTC One M8 running Android 5.0. Hoping the bugs are fixed too as I have been relying on the reminders.

Ok but too limited Need to select sites by choice not schedule. No ability to correct mistakes is very frustrating. Would be good to have depth tracking on a per site basis.

I wish once you got to a specific site. It would show which side is medial and lateral because I keep having to go back to the whole person to tell is 1 my left side of the leg/arm or my right side. Get confused on the location when it zooms in.

A few issues I have a few issues. On the 40's, I do not need to be reminded to refill my script at 10 remaining syringes. This app needs to let me set my own reminder parameters. Second, If I clear my notification bar while the iTracker icon is listed, I cease to receive reminders on subsequent days until I pull up settings again. This issue has just about led to my deletion of this app. Lastly, please stop forcing me to send a pointless injection report if I do not want it. I don't need it. My neuro doesn't need it.

First let me say its a great App! Very helpful and full of information! But...I've recently had a few problems. I don't know how many times I've mistakenly marked missed injection and there is no way to go back and fix it..That's really frustrating. & more recently I just lost ALL MY information when the app updated..Had to re-make my profile like I was just beginning..

Great App Idea But the major issue is you can't adjust which injection site you start with. While you can "choose" a different injection site, it really doesn't allow you to pick the site you want. You have to trick the app into allowing you to do so (and I don't know if it will stay consistent or try to revert back to the "starting" site). Will assign more stars once this is resolved. I find that other aspects of the app extremely helpful and useful in keeping track of my injection sites. Grateful it exists.

Got a new phone, galaxy s4 The app now works well. I guess HTC Thunderbolt is just not totally compatible with this program

Great! No more filling out daily planner It would be nice to see an enlarged part of body with the injection sites instead of just a close up of the injection sites when you record your shots. Other than that, I think this is a great app. Very convenient.

Why cant we edit past injections.... I mistakenly mark missed injection... Now it is gone forever? Come on... Ordeal is the same in the other side.... If you missed by accident and record that you did it... That record is junk - i know my Doctor would throw a report away if i had to have a second sheet of errors that i cant change.

Only use the app for the reminder. It doesn't let you choose the injection site you would like to use.

OK so far I contacted Copaxone and they told me to delete and reload. I can now record the injections. So far so good.

Good but has limitations Needs to have the ability to choose injection sites. The ability now is limiting. I use my abdomen as two different locations. Ability to do that is not available. Would love to use this apo, but needs to be updated before it works for me.

Allow me to inject my way I have just started 40 and I only need three sites. If I Have to pick one of five, I'll choose to not use the app and just do three weekly recurring calendar reminders on my phone/tablet instead. Make it usable and I'll use it.

Unlock the ability to choose where & when To make it better, it should allow you the freedom to choose your injection sites. I'm uninstalling because I don't want to just comment an alternate site from the recommended. I can't use my arm places as quickly in the rotation because it takes longer to heal from the previous injection.

Does the basics, but... This app gives me no problem recording Injection, but shuts down when I try to use other features. For example, I injected in wrong area. I tried to select choose other location, app would shut down. Update: reminder alarm doesn't even ring anymore and it doesn't even keep track of injecion areas.

I still cannot use I have uninstalled and reinstalled and it still will not let me record an entry. I really hope it is fixed soon
