Useless piece of garbage

This app is garbage, doesn't work at all. It doesn't even allow you to log in to your account because the security questions are either unreadable or missing - doesn't allow you to choose and proceed to your account information. What kind of financial institution is MSDFCU if they can't get online banking right? I will be closing my account shortly.

Camera no longer works for mobile deposit

I have iPhone 5s and I can no longer use mobile deposit because the camera doesn't capture a picture of my check. Sigh....

Mobile Deposit camera integration not working

Reviewing of photos of front and back of check does not work as before. Can't review photo when it is taken.

Useless

The new "update" shows a blank screen when trying to view account information. Stop making "improvements" that render your app worthless!

Slow upload

This app is probably worse than the last. The upload and login is just as slow if not slower than before it's upgrade. So slow that when I'm trying to type in my password it actually cuts me off and sends me back to the User ID with a page that reads "session expired". It will also cut me off in the middle of a transfer so I'm either putting double the amount into another account because it cuts me off or nothing at all. If this app is supposed to make banking easier, than they've missed the target by miles.

Wow...

I can't believe how unuseful this thing is. Slap an app button over an already lame mobile website and presto...just more crap.

Easy to use

Very good at checking balance and transferring funds

Easy but looks awful

Easy so far, but looks awful. All pixelated pictures, poor welcome screen and limited to only account balances and transfers. Allow for "money bar" and interactive banking. Very plain.

Thanks MSDFCU. Much easier that going to home banking website on my Phone. Easy to use, lots of features.

Nice but glitchy

Nice to have this app at last, but my correct answers to the security questions keep getting rejected. Very frustrating. And BillPay is clumsy to use. Would be good to have the pop-up calendar and ability to see Send on date that the website offers. Also would like to see account nicknames to help identify them.

does not work

when i try to answer the security questions it rejects all of my answers, it is easily/faster just going from the internet to the full website. also the mobile website doesnt work, much like the application. overall this is a thumbs down, it just took up space :(

Great app!

This is a great app to get. Makes banking easy as you can easily access your account from anywhere. Works great and looks great too. Would highly recommend to everyone!!

Ehh

Worked great for a few weeks. Now it force closes as soon as I open the app. I uninstalled then reinstalled. Still no luck. Brutal app

App not working

Used to work fine but now only crashes when try to open.

This app frequently has errors and fails to function properly. This is my money and I cannot rely on the app to give me a balance. Really disappointing.
