Hate the update Everything is different and less functional. Clicking a menu option and it chooses the option below it. Just do not like the flow.

App freezes on login

Camera autofocus issues I use this app frequently to deposit checks. It is frustrating trying to capture the back side of checks because the camera focus is off 90% of the time. I always get it to work eventually by moving the phone closer or further from the check, but the autofocus definitely has issues. I don't have these focus issues when using the stock camera, so it seems to be something specific to this app's camera integration.

Gets the job done I use this app to get my acct. Information while I'm on tje go.

The app does the job The app check deposit feature is much more sensitive to getting the check positioned exactly right than other banking apps I have used(ally bank for an example) . When it is not positioned right it makes you enter ALL the info from your check over and over and over again instead of just retaking the picture.

No better then the last android version it's nice that we can log in with our online banking account now. Other than that this is just a redesign. It freezes constantly and the check deposit doesn't let you focus so images are always blurry.

Now we're cookin! I had pretty much given up on it for a year. I decided to try it after seeing it had been updated. Works like a charm.

Most frustrating app on phone Refuses to remember my password. Check deposit now requires check number. Care to enter the number from a government check? Taking picture of check seems more complicated. Locations defaults to Clinton? Should be able to select locations by service, such as check cashing or large ($200) cash withdrawal. ATMs that accept deposits, etc.

Not usefull All I get is a green screen when trying to capture a check image. Links don't work. Map function is poor.

App freezes on login I'm on a Galaxy Note 2 Sprint. I can open it and put in my password, but past the "loading your accounts"screen it goes to a blank screen and remains frozen. I've waited several minutes thinking it was lagging to no avail. Please fix it, it isn't working.

CANNOT ENROLL I have tried going online and using my member number and all the information it asked for in order to enroll in ebranch. It says login services are unavailable at this time, I have been trying daily for weeks now. I only know how much money is in my account because I have been writing everything down on paper like this is 1970.

Sigh.... ELFCU has added a few more features with this release, but it still lags in ALL aspects. A billpay function is newly available, but is very raw. The look and feel of the overall design is painfully embarrassing. I really do not enjoy using this app. I've been forced to consider opening a second checking account with another bank because of ELFCU's lack of a quality and trustworthy mobile app. I do not feel my accounts are safely guarded when I use this app to access my account.
