RateMyDay is a tool to allow children or adolescents with ADHD or their parents to rate their ADHD symptoms at different times of the day.
The ratings can be viewed on your iPod Touch or iPhone and used at your next appointment with your ADHD specialist to discuss times of the day which are problematic. This may help you and your clinician to better understand the ADHD. Using RateMyDay is quick and simple. It uses the popular Dundee Difficult Times of the Day Scale and allows you to enter how easy or difficult you find each one of 10 set activities each day. You can choose to be reminded to enter a score throughout the day or enter them all at the end of the day.
RateMyDay’s simple and clear graphical chart function allows you to look back at previous days and weeks ratings. This may help your clinician see what times of the day you find easy or difficult, allowing you both to better understand these particular times.
Use RateMyDay daily in the weeks before your next appointment, and over time, it may help you and your healthcare professional to build a clear picture and better understand the ADHD.
