Download the app Enter the number of cigarettes you smoke, on average, per day. Adjust the quit date to match the day and time you stopped. You can adjust this at any time so if you do relapse you can reset the app easily.
Daily message The app automatically updates every 24 hours with a new motivational message to support you during the first 30 days of stopping. At the end of 30 days you can keep the counter going for as long as you want.
