SymTrac™ is a free iPhone app that helps people with multiple sclerosis (MS) track general wellbeing and symptoms over time. The data recorded can be viewed in easy-to-read charts. Designed by people with MS for people with MS, SymTrac™ allows patients and health care professionals to make the most of their vital consultation time by providing a valuable picture of how the patient’s MS has been since the last appointment. The app also contains a series of exercises developed in partnership with a specialist neuro-physiotherapist, courtesy of the MS Trust. SymTrac™ can be downloaded free from the App Store. less
