Indication LATISSE® is a prescription treatment for hypotrichosis (inadequate or not enough lashes) to grow eyelashes longer, fuller, darker.
Important Safety Information If you use/used, prescription products for eye pressure problems, use LATISSE® under doctor care. LATISSE® may cause increased brown pigmentation of the colored part of the eye which is likely permanent. Eyelid skin darkening may occur and may be reversible. Only apply at the base of upper lashes. DO NOT APPLY to lower lid. Hair may grow on skin that LATISSE® frequently touches. If you have eye problems/surgery, consult your doctor about use of LATISSE®. Common side effects are itchy and red eyes. If discontinued, lashes gradually return to previous appearance.

I can't upload pictures to see the progress. It's always 'an invalid crop'. Doesn't matter what you do. Disappointing.

Every way I adjust my photo is an 'Invalid crop rectangle'. Even when my eyes are perfectly aligned in their squares it never works. This app is a joke.
App fail
Got a tip about this app from totalbeauty.com and thought it would be neat to try. Unfortunately, when I took the photo with the in-app camera an clicked 'next', it crashed and I had to restart. After saving a photo to my camera first and uploading it, I managed to get to the next screen but the resolution for the app was all wrong and much of it was off-screen and could not be adjusted. Another gripe I had was that each time I had to restart the app, I would have to acknowledge the informational pop ups every time.

Nothing works on this app. The buttons aren't even functional. One would think that with how scientific and innovative a company like Allergen is they would be able to create an application that works effectively. Take a look at your poor ratings and fix the problems!

App Freezes At Photo Alignment
Each time I try to align the photo with the white lines, the app freezes and has to be restarted only for the same result at the same spot the next time I try.

Doesn't work
When is this app going to be fixed? I downloaded it 3 weeks ago when I started using Latisse and I haven't been able to add a photo or anything. It doesn't go anywhere when you tap on one of the buttons. The only thing that works is the before and after photos of other people.
