This Application enables you to book a video consultation for yourself, or a dependant, such as a young son or daughter. You book the appointment right into your GP’s schedule at a time convenient to you. At the right time, you are alerted of the upcoming appointment. Your GP joins your Video Consultation and provides a professional, caring and online diagnosis and as applicable advises on follow-up actions, medication or prescription. The App provides easy to use, secure and effective video technology, and is only available for video consultations with YOUR GP.

Please note:
- Only GP Practices and GP’s registered for the GP Online service provide online Video Consultations via the GP Online App. If your GP is not listed in the GP Online App you should contact your GP Practice to inform them of your interest and establish when they may be able to offer the service.
- The GP Online App is not suitable for medical emergencies or acute medical episodes.

- The service is free to sign-up to, and has no subscription fees. Your GP Practice provides the online Video Consultation service and will confirm fees applicable per Video Consultation.
- The GP Online Patient App uses tried, tested and secure technologies to provide Video Conferencing and Payment processing capabilities.
- The App can be used in conjunction with other home ‘vitals’ monitoring and diagnostics medical equipment - approved by your GP.
