Brilliant app, needs promoting more

Thank you, thank you, thank you for finally updating! After months of using other rubbish reminder apps my favourite is finally working again. I have relied on this app for years, have never forgotten a pill since. It is the best. I saw it advertised at my doctors and recommend it to everyone. It should seriously be promoted more as so many women would benefit from it

Frustrating!!!!

PLEASE FIX THE BUG!!!!!!! Used this for years and was amazing. Stopped working a few months ago - I deleted and re-downloaded several times over the past few months. I cannot use the app at all. My friends have all changed to other apps and looks like I'll have to too.

UPDATE!!! Was on the verge of deleting this app, thought I'd try it again one last time and it worked!! 🙌🏼 So happy because the replacement apps I've been using in the mean time just aren't as good as this app! 😁 Having the same problem as everyone else. Used to love this app and found it very handy, forgot to press I'd taken it one day and it reset and won't allow me to set up again!!!! So annoying!!! Difficult to find another app like it! PLEASE fix the bug/app

This app is great I have been using it for years. However as mentioned in a couple of reviews I forgot to take my pill yesterday and the app has reset, not letting me reset my dates and time or use it anymore. I have deleted and redownloded the app but it is still not working. Please fix the app as I use it daily and it is much better than any of the other alternatives. Thanks!

Needs to be fixed

It worked really well until it stopped working entirely. I can't set my reminder anymore. I try to adjust the settings which works, but I try to save them and set my reminder but nothing happens when I press the button. 1 star until this is fixed.

Please Fix!!!

I absolutely loved this app my GP suggested it over a year ago when I explained i had been forgetting to take my pill on time. It's amazing the reminder goes off every hour until you mark the pill as taken. But since the new ISO update it won't work no matter what I try. Surely this is something that could be fixed so easily! Please release an update as I'm lost without this app as many others have said too

Was great but needs fixing!

Loved this app until recently, there now seems to be a glitch which has been mentioned in other recent reviews too. It won't save the settings so it doesn't do the alarm, leaving it completely useless! Please please fix this as it was the best app I'd used for remembering my pill and I'm now having to use a different one which is nowhere near as good!

Suddenly stopped working

After using this app everyday for over 2 years it has suddenly stopped working! I turned the reminder off for a week and now I cannot re-set it :( this app is amazing I'm very disappointed that I can't use it now

Stopped working???

Loved it, but now it's stopped working? When you slide the button to make it active, as soon as you move out that screen, it turns off. Now I can't use it at all. Please fix!!!

WHY HAS THIS STOPPED WORKING, NOT HAPPY

I have had this app for the past 2 and a half years and i literally DEPEND on this app and now it has suddenly stopped working on me? I am not happy because i can not remember to take it by myself, i have already accidentally missed a couple since this has stopped working. I have tried to look for other apps now but none are as good as this was. WHAT HAS HAPPENED? Please fix this!!!

Fab - when it worked...!

Used this app for a few years now, but recently when I go to set the reminder, it doesn't register that I've set it, so always sends me back to the setting page where I go through all the options again, then I click "set reminder", and it still doesn't register! Please help me as this app is essential! 😳

Good until recently

My doctor recommended this as i thought it was a good idea. Set up was easy and with the varied pill options it wasn't just for one type of pill. Up until the last two weeks it was working fine, now the reminder won't work so it's not doing what it should be doing. Would be good for it to be fixed as its the best app i've found to date.

WHY WONT THIS WORK

I just changed over phone and can't get the pill reminder to set up. Every time I turn reminder on it turns off and won't set up again. App needs updated ASAP

Have been using for over a year

I've been using this app for over a year and it's been a life saver. Whilst I was away on holiday just last week I forgot to turn the notification off and it reset. That's fine although it now won't let me use it. I've entered all my dates and pill packet size and it won't let me start it. I'm hugely disappointed as now I'm worrying I'm going to forget it. I'm hoping this is just a bug and it'll get fixed but for now I'm extremely disappointed.

Great when it worked

This has been a fab app, been using it for years until yesterday when I went to change the settings for the alarm and now the alarm won't switch on. Please fix this!

Doesn't work

My doctors recommended using this as switched from depo to pill, but every time I put the reminder on it turns off, won't let me set it????

Was loving this. Had to reset settings and now won't remind!

Have been using this effectively for several years. Recently forgot to push to say I'd taken pill and it froze thinking I'd missed a pill. Seemed only option was to reset it, however now the Reminder is set to Off and I simply cannot get it to recognise/save the instruction to put reminders On! Incredibly frustrating. Thought I have previously reset so unsure if a symptom of iOS 10 or what. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still not working. App Support takes you to NHS web, no help at all. Please fix!

Please fix bug - can't set alarm!!

Great app, loved it but same problem as most -have recently reset to change alarm time and now can't get alarm to set at all! Please fix this!!!!

Great but it's suddenly stopped working. It would recognise when I apply the settings.

Doesn't work anymore

Never had a problem with it before. Forgot to register that I'd taken a pill, the app automatically resets, fair enough, however, when you try to load new settings, it says that the pill app is not active and won't save the settings. Not sure whether this is an incompatibility with the new IOS10.

Please please fix this

I recently had to reset my phone and I forgot to notify the app that I had taken my pill and when I tried to reset the app and input my information and now it will not allow me to use it anymore. I have been using this successfully for years therefore this is extremely disappointing. I hope this is repaired soon as I see this is a problem other people have experienced too.

Was working fine until recent iOS

I've been using this app for over a year now and never had any issues with it until the recent iOS update on my iPhone, which now the reminder now doesn't work. Even resetting the app and reinstalling it didn't seem to work for it. Please can you fix this problem ASAP as I hate forgetting to take my pills especially when it causes another unintended break!

Something's wrong

I've been using this app for over 2 years and it's been exactly what I needed! just upgraded my phone to the 6s and ios10 and it doesn't allow me to set the reminder and continue using the app at all anymore! Very disappointing, will continue using the app once it's fixed. Until then I've downloaded another.

Settings won't save

Been using this for a while with no problem, until recently as it now refuses to save the settings and the reminder won't turn on. I've tried resetting, reinstalling and restarting but have now given up and need to use another app. Please get it working again!

Suddenly stopped working!

Broken with IOS 10 update

This app has been a life saver over the last few years as I'm awful at remembering things! However, since the iOS10 update this app won't let me reset my settings, so the reminders don't work. I almost missed my new pack as I didn't realise this had happened! Please fix soon, as this was the best pill reminder app.

Not working

I had to reset due to as missed oil and now it's stuck in Off. Keep changing to On but change acted and it resets to Off again. Tried deleting and reinstalling, no luck. App developer site link just takes you to nhs site so nowhere to report this bug

Reminder not being set

Won't let me set the reminder? Tried uninstalling and still doesn't work so there is no reminder. Makes app useless

Won't save!

Seems to be an occurring theme reading through previous reviews! Got a new phone and reinstalled the app, and it's not saving my selections. So frustrating because I've used this for years and it doesn't compare to other pill reminders! Hopefully whatever is causing the glitch is sorted soon :(

It stopped working

I loved using this app! But after my break week.. the app popped up with 257 notifications, telling me I missed a pill and was unprotected.. it now won't let me reset 😖 gutted please fix

Stopped working!

This app used to be reliable and for some reason it has become impossible to set up the reminder! It has meant I missed a pill! Can't get it to work so I will be switching apps.

Started well

I loved this app, never forgot to take a pill with it and then all of a sudden stopped working and now won't let me set a reminder. Every time I do it's immediately disabled by the app! Not happy!

Has become useless

Used to love it and had been using it for about 3 years. Recently I missed a day so needed to change the pill pack day. I needed to change the reminder but now it won't let me set it so the reminder is on. I don't know what it is but nothing I do can make it work. It is an absolutely useless app without the reminder working so will be deleting it immediately and looking for a new app.

Bug in settings

Just wrote a lengthy text about issue with set reminder not staying "on" when having to change the time in settings (similar to review no.4 in Oct), but my nickname was taken and it erased my entire review! Grrr...still, point is there is a problem with the slider not staying on - please fix, pointless app without the reminder! I'm now looking for another after being happy with this one for months.

Was good until not working

I tried to change my reminder time and now the app won't save my settings, which it appears others are having the same issue. A fix would be much appreciated! When this app works, it's great. I like the notifications every hour until you say pill is taken, and the reminders automatically turn off for pill free weeks and tell you when to start a new pack.

Loved it. Now won't work

I had to reset my reminder since the clocks went back. Now it won't let me set a reminder. Please fix this ASAP, as I don't seem to be the only one who has this problem. I need this app, no other app seems to work as well.

Great, when it worked

Really got on with this app, it's easy to use and a great discreet reminder. However, now there seems to be an issue with the settings. My reminder will automatically turn off when I click "on" and so the app is, in effect, useless. It is not saving, so nothing comes up for my calendar or how many pills I have left. I can see some others are having or have had the same problem. I miss my app, please help!

Not IOS 10 compatible

I have used this app for a very long time but since IOS 10 was installed it's stopped working, doesn't let u set a time and is now completely useless which is a shame as I really liked this app, need to find an alternative.

Please fix this!!!

I love this app, it's so simple yet helps me out so much! However, I had to reset settings a few days ago, and now I can't turn on reminders anymore - if I switch it to 'on' it reverts to off whenever I switch pages or leave the app. Please fix this I don't like any of the other pill reminder apps, they have too many unnecessary features I'm not interested in.

Suddenly stopped working!

The clocks went back the other day and the app automatically changed the time I should be taking my pill! So I went into the app and reset it so that I could change the time back. However, the app would not let me do this and ever since it hasn't worked! I have deleted and downloaded the app again various times, but it still isn't working! This app was so good until now, such a shame!

Needs Updating

This app was brilliant until the clocks changed as this meant I had to change my reminder time. After doing this, the app would not let me turn my reminder on even after deleting and redownloading the app. I feel as if this could be easily fixed with an update. If it works for you, this app is perfect as it reminds you every hour to take your pill until you take it, unlike other apps which would make you pay for this necessary feature.

Used to be great

This app was the PERFECT app to remind me when to take my pill. I forgot to push the taken pill button one night and not I cannot get my settings to turn on the reminders again. I see many others are having this issue too. It's such a shame because this really is the best reminder app. I have tried them all in desperation now. PLEASE UPDATE!!!!!

Not working anymore

I've used this app for years, but since October is not working anymore. When I try to set the alarm, it turns off automatically. I tried everything, uninstall, reinstall, nothing fixes it. Please do something!

How hard is it to fix the problem which erm STOPS IT WORKING. You have one job! ladies, NEVER try and change your settings as this app will STOP working AT ALL.

Fab app until it stopped working!

I've used this app for the last year or so and loved it. Unfortunately since the clocks have changed the app seems to have had a meltdown! I can no longer save my settings and there for the alarm to take my tablets doesn't sound. Hurry up and fix it please!

Good app but need updating

There seems to be a bug in the system when changing the time of the reminder and now I am unable to use the app. I tried to change the time of the reminder when the clocks changed and now it won't save the information. Very frustrating as this was the best app I had found for reminders but is now useless otherwise it would be 5*!

Please add tri-cycling!

This app was absolutely perfect when I was taking the packet with a 7 day break, however now my nurse has moved me onto tri-cycling and the app doesn't have the 3 month/4 day break option. Tri-cycling is becoming really common now so it'd be super useful to have this option too! Love the app!

Annoying in the end

This was great apart from some days when I would forget to enter that I had taken the pill onto the app. A few times this happened and then it makes you reset your settings and you lose where you're up to on it. I know it's trying to warn you your late to take it but I just hadnt entered it onto the app that I took it. You should be able to just say you'd taken the pill.

Saved/saves my life

It's been so many times where I'd usually forget to take my pill where this app has reminded me to take it. Life saver. No babies for me, yet! Only thing that would make it better would be if the spp icon didn't pop up with the notification.

Couldn't live without it!!

One small thing, when you do exceed a time limit: I wish it didn't 'reset'. I'd rather a banner on the the app for 7 days saying 'unprotected' - that would be very useful!!! Love tho, so thank you x

Great app!

This app is brilliant for a reminder to take your pill. I would definitely forget without this app since I have to take mine in the evening. I strongly recommend this if you struggle to remember to take your pill.

Please can you add a thirty five day option as Norgeston which is made by Bayer is this cycle.

Great ap, rubbish sounds!

The pill is great, but remembering to take it is the issue. My partner came back from the doctors with an advert for this ap and I'm pleasantly surprised, it reminds you with a sound and text alert, shows you how many pills you should have left and tells you when you're next due to take one. We downloaded it to his phone which it a great way for us both to be involved in something that's a joint responsibility but usually falls on the woman to manage as it's her taking the pill. My only bugbear, the alert sounds. Looking forward to an update that introduces some better ones!

Brilliant app, needs promoting more

I saw this app advertised in my doctors surgery and could not understand why it hasn't been promoted more! Like others have said being able to set a repeat alarm that sounds every half hour/hour would be useful but other than that it is pretty, fun and does as it's meant to. This should be promoted all over the social networking site as I'm sure it would save at least a few unwanted pregnancies

The sound does work!!

This is an amazing app, if anyone is having trouble with sound, try this; iPhone settings>notification centre>mypill And then turn on the sound! I hope this helps!!

Best app I've found, but needs back up alarm incase you miss it

Good app, only improvement would be if you could add repeat alarms to go off every half hour or so if you hadn't taken your pill yet, the alarm is sometimes easy to miss and won't go off again

Unhelpful

Sound doesn't work. Help just leads to NHS contraception webpage and not app developers site or contact. A feature I'd like to see is for the whole packet of pills to be linked to the calendar dates so if you do decide to not carry a packet on and have a break you can see in advance when your break will fall.

Love this app. I'm useless at remembering my HRT but this app makes me take it on time every day. Even if you forget after it reminds you the first time it keeps nagging until you click the "I have taken my pill" button. Highly recommend it no matter what kind of pill you have to take!!!

Life Saver!

This app is brilliant, it reminds you every hour to take the pill with a bird song tune until you allow the bird to fly over and take the pill. I haven't missed a pill since using the app! I have it come on in the morning as an alarm clock too. Don't know if turning phone off would disable? Really good app, very useful and brill to help organise the pill. Get it!

I do really like the app, its pretty looking, I love that u can personalise a message when your reminder pops up but lately my alarm hasnt been going off... Any ideas why that could be? Anyway, luckily I've still remembered to take my pill even if the alarm doesnt go off but still, the whole in me getting this app was so I can be alerted and reminded. So overall brill (when it works) x

Reminder sound not working!!

I have programmed the app with all my pill details and set the reminder with the sound but no sound comes out when the reminder goes off. I've tried this with iphone on silent and iphone on loud. CAN ANYONE HELP PLEASE?? I really need the alarm to sound to remind me :(

Useless

Application sound not working and link to app support leads nowhere but to Nhs website, so it's impossible to contact the developer. Disappointing.
