What is the point of this? If you actually manage to enter symptoms you can't get back to the diary screen. I can't enter my weight or food. Very disappointing!

I downloaded & tried to use it but like another reviewer posted it locks up after date selection. Deleted app.
DOESN'T WORK
I tried to click on the dates to add my entries but they won't budge. Therefore I can't use this app.

I downloaded this app and it wouldn't allow me to enter any data. I reloaded and still didn't work so I have deleted it. What a waste of time!
Seem like a great idea but I can't get it to work at all on my iPhone six
I need an app where I can track weight food water intake and symptoms and this looks as though it might have met some of those goals however I just downloaded it and as soon as I open it and select the date everything seems to lock up. I have an iPhone 6 with the most recent software for July 2015 and it is completely unusable. Was also disappointed that there's no way in the app to forward for support.
Doesn't seem to work
The main page with a calendar asks you to click on a date to make or update an entry but clicking on a date doesn't do anything, there doesn't actually seem to be any way to list your food intake for the day. Not sure if it's just unintuitive or badly designed but I can't see any way to use this app for what it's for
Terrible
Was absolutely awful. Downloaded it and deleted it two minutes after. Tried to input data and the app froze! Not recommended 👎🏻

This app freezes when you try to use the weight option therefore recommend Don't Purchase

Easy navigation. Easy to use. Would have great weight tracking IF the weight allowed you to enter a high enough value!!!
Just need a food diary WITHOUT calories which is what it provides for me and it's far easier that most other freebies. Sort the max weight out and it's 5 star!!
VERY GOOD
This is a very good easy to use app. If you want a way to keep track of what you eat without loads of useless gimmicks look no further. It is exactly what I was looking for and I recommend it highly.

Weak
Will delete what you wrote unless you press done. Any other button and you lose everything. Also have to accept disclaimer every time you open it. Glad it's free.
Great app but.....
One easy fix that should be made is to increase the weight, it only goes up to 249, and you should make an iPad version so we can hold the app sideways.
Great simple food diary....need one update
I do not need to count calories, just keep a simple food diary and track my weight daily. Most other applications require that I seach food choices and preparation methods, which is more than I require. I don't even mind the "extra" PAH questions as I can skip them. I REALLY wish that I could track my weight by .2 lbs in the application. Can this be added in an update? That is the ONLY drawback of this application.
