Lots of info and a generally looks like a useful app, but trying to view weekly exercise graph freezes the whole app. Also it doesn't seem to count the long contractions.

Great but for one problem
I downloaded this app in the hope of avoiding bladder weakness as I grow older; it works well. I love the timer for the contractions and use the meds reminder to remind me to do the exercises 4 times a day. One problem though .... it always crashes when I try to view the progress reports .... please fix. Thank you.
Very handy tool
This is a very useful tool. I use it to keep a track of my condition and share the information with my doctor - she says it's helpful for her to have an accurate account of my progress between appointments.

Needs a fix. Freezes when I try and view graphs/progress reports. Otherwise it would get 5 stars.

After pregnancy my pelvic floor muscles are weaker , so using this app to get the strength of pelvic floor muscles back !! Its really helpful with all the info and the reminders , I do 6times in 24hours hopefully gonna see the results soon! Best free app you cant find better free app than this one ! :) I tried all the pelvic floor free apps no one of them was good as this one! So if you want improve your strength of pelvic floor muscles , download this app!! :)

Great app
This is a great app that allows you to track your therapy and medications taken for incontinence all in one place. Also a nice assessment to determine the level of trouble you are having and information to help explain the condition and to help you make life changes to correct the problem. I'd like to see more advice on what to do next given my input. Overall a great app.
