This app is not user friendly at all. I hate the 90 day update requirement. It renders the app. completing useless until you update. You have to be on wifi to update and I'm never on wifi when I need the app. Secondly, the product guide isn't all encompassing even after being updated. I can't find several of the newer products within the app. What's the point of updating if you can even find what you're looking for? Very frustrating and extremely disappointing. I guess I have to go back to carrying my spiral bound hard copy product guide. Finally, the app crashes All. The. Time. This app has some potential but not until Abbott fixes these issues.

Please fix app

Used to work well. I am an RD attempting to use this once great app a tool. Apparently my only way to calculate bolus tube feeding products by Abbott is to use my 2007 spiral bound Ross Pocket Guide. Hey!!!! IT, get it together!

Can't open app

Not as user friendly as it could be. The button to view nutrition info should be right at the top for each item without scrolling. When you open the nutrition information, you have to scroll down all these different package sizes to get the the one you need instead of just listing it per liter the way clinicians use it. Even Oxepa, which isn't even oral, starts out with nutrition info on an 8 oz serving at the top. Slows you down.

Downloaded the app for the first time and I can't use it. I get a pop up that says app hasn't been updated in 90 days, please connect now to update. When you press ok the app just closes. There are no updates though.

This app is very convenient, and I used it frequently at work. Unfortunately, I'm now getting a pop up telling me to update in order to use but I'm unable to find where or how to do so. Disappointed because I did like this app!

Crashing

Awesome tool

Downloaded and installed the app from the App Store. Opened and immediately popped up the "haven't updated in 90 days" message a lot has had. Clicked ok and it returns to the springboard. Rinse, wash, and repeat. Running on iOS 8.0.2 on an iPhone 4s.

App was great but now needs an update and won't open. No update available. ??

Same complaint as those below. I love this app and use it frequently as a dietitian at work but it says it hasn't been updated in 90 days but no update available! Useless at the moment😠

Loved the app.... Then started getting the "90 day" update notice. Thought I got it fixed at FNCE- nope! FIX PLEASE :)

I get the same prompt regarding the 90 day update. Then the app closes. I was in the web site trying to find a store location and the only option was this app. My Mother is terminally ill and was thinking Ensure Clear would be one thing that she would like and help support her. Shame this doesn't work at all. There is no excuse for this. At least leave a store locator on the web site and not point to this poor excuse of an app. Makes me wonder if the management reads these reviews. Addendum: to be fair I did find an online store locator. But it didn't include ensure clear in their search engine. I spent a big chunk of time looking around locally without success.....(sigh)...

I went back to the AppStore and no update was available of course. Hopefully it's just a short term glitch so I can add a few stars to a future review.
