I really wish that you had the ability to go back and see the photo of your receipt. I had 2 receipts from different purchases that I uploaded on the same day. One was declined and now I have no way of knowing which one. Even if you could see the purchase date vs the upload date would be helpful. Other than that this program is great! I appreciate the company giving us incentive to keep using their product.

Works just fine. Once I pick up my dog's med I snap a picture of the receipt from my car in the parking lot and I'm all set to use my $19 the next month. Love it!

If I could give it zero stars I would. The website is almost unusable 90% of the time due to constant login errors. So thought I'd try the app. All my pet info loaded and I had no issue taking pic of receipt. But keep getting communication error that prohibits upload. Don't waste your time. I'm deleting this POS app.

Website email for verification sends me straight to apple.com. Call number they don't hv much education on app. This app needs some major work. No logoff feature, crashes, no way to tell there is a zip code search, limited dog breeds, have tried 6 times to input dog info doesn't save just crashed. If you hard close takes you back to add dog. How is anyone gonna use this app and the reward program if we can't get pass step one??????

The app was easy to configure. I was done after logging in since my pet info is already there. (If you have an account on their web site you'll be done.) I tried submitting a proof of purchase today which started out easy: enter the dose, count, and purchase date. Then I took a photo of the receipt with my phone which went well. But when I tapped upload, I got a Communication Error with their server indicating to please try again. I noticed this error appeared to change the dose size and purchase date to odd character strings. I fixed them and tapped upload again. I still got the communication error but this time the data wasn't changed. I don't understand why I get a communication error when I've got wifi enabled and it's working fine in my home. Don't waste your time installing this since I have tried several times in the course of an hour to upload with nothing but the same error.

Easy to use, especially like the feature that that allows you to download the receipt. Let's see if that picture is legible enough for a card to be issued! Thanks for thinking to do this!

I could not change the zip code to find my vet.

I have all my dog information and it keeps telling me that it can't upload a receipt till all the dog information is filled out. Any extra info would be great so I could upload receipts from the app intend of going to the website (which works fine).

This app has no sign out feature. This is a HUGE security issue. Anyone can pick up my iPad and see my address, login info, and even my security question and answer. As a veterinary professional I cannot recommend this to anyone until this is resolved!

Would be a great app if it worked. Loaded all info and pic of invoice and keeps telling me to complete all fields. All fields all filled out! Guess I will have to just scan my invoice and upload on website.

Neither this app or their website function. It's almost as if they don't want to give you the rebate. Go figure.

It shows current rewards status but I've never got it to upload receipt... Which is the purpose of the app

I'm giving 4 of 5 since I have I just down loaded. I signed up online then installed app. I uploaded a receipt with no problems at all. Now just pending.

This app would be great if it did 1 thing: actually work when trying to upload a receipt. The UI is good and this app would be good to use but it report,"unable to connect to server, try again" when trying to upload a receipt.

The app doesn't work so well at least for me. I tried uploading my receipt but it said it needed more dog info. Well, I tried to add my dogs hospital via spelling it out and zip code. The app just locked up.

Was able to download and set up my dogs profile. Beyond that, nothing seems to work. Can't scan proof of purchase or load clinics.

3/28/13 Put in all dog info and it wouldn't work. Had to use laptop.

Keeps asking for dog info when it has it all

I finally got this app to work by going into my dogs info click edit but not change anything but saved and that fixed the need to put in all the animal info. But I agree big security issue with not being able to sign out. I'm also in the veterinary field and tell clients about the rebate but the frustration trying to get the rebate between the website not working and security issues with this app are annoying. Pfizer makes enough profits off of its customers that they could at least provide a working website and secure app.

I've uploaded three receipts and nothing happens. They disappear into the void. I get no credit even though it says the uploads were successful. I have been trying to make it work for the past two months. Don't waste your time or space with it since it's totally useless.

After reading prior reviews of the app I was skeptical. But the website is also very frustrating and NEVER accepts an upload on the first try. I gave up on that after 4 attempts and gave the app a shot. It worked flawlessly and was far quicker than the website. I will use only the app from now on.

It still needs a log off button and security answers should not show in the profile section.

Same as other reviewers, enter all info, take pic of receipt, hit upload button, app says "communication error...please try again later." Doesn't work "later" either.

There needs to be an update that includes a sign out since all personal information is provided including security question and answer.

All the money these drug companies make and they can't even get a simple app to work. It won't take my receipt and I see this has been an issue since 2012!! Crooks!!! $100 a month for this medication!

This app, when it works, is great. Trouble is, it spends most of its time NOT working. The web site isn't much better. Each option regularly offers "communication error with the server", or something similar. It can be maddening. Maybe that's the idea, frustrate you into quitting.
