My Dose Coach enables the tracking of your fasting blood glucose level and is intended as an aid to provide dose recommendations for the adjustment of your long-acting basal insulin dose based on your healthcare provider's plan to help you work toward your target glucose level. Important Information My Dose Coach is indicated for single patient use for adult patients with Type 2 diabetes who have been prescribed and are using a once-daily long acting (basal) insulin. My Dose Coach is a tool that calculates a dose change based on an individualized dose plan the healthcare provider has created.
