A dumb app
It didn't take me even a day to realize that this app has a serious flaw. I'm not sure how anyone has even rated it. The date doesn't keep current and there is no easy way, if any, to force it to change to the current date. Deleted!

Love, but ...
I love this app and it is helping me make a great record for my doc. But I really would like to see it work with Apple Watch so I don't have to take my phone every time I run to the potty!

Very frustrating
It doesn't default to the current date. Even when I change the date it goes back to the previous date when logging. Some of the things I've logged have disappeared even

Needs an update desperately
This app is great -- when it works. It defaults to the previous day until like, 6pm, and now that it's a new month it won't let me change it to today at all. Plus there's no support or help guide and no one to reach out for help. You could really be a leader here if you fixed these things.

Great app when it worked!
This app was a great way for me to track my gastro information due to my IBS. I was very pleased until the app started to switch days as I was entering my data. That really kills the main purpose I use the app. I hope it gets fixed but I'm not feeling hopeful since there is no way to contact the developer concerning the app.

It is useful when it works
This app is buggy. Like others it does not show the correct date and when you try to change the date it refuses to change. Very frustrating. This needs to be fixed.

Good app but needs update
I have to track all my stomach issues for my gastro doc before my endoscopy next month. This is a really helpful tool, but I think it can be better. I love all the information I can add, but it constantly brings me to the entries for the day before. If I want to keep track of today's information, I constantly have to change the date on the main page. If I fill out one section for today and save it, it brings me back to yesterday. I keep adding information on the wrong days because of this.

Good, yet a few bugs
I've been using this app for years, and it does a good job of tracking digestive symptoms and patterns. It has a few bugs like an odd default date of the day before, so you need to manually adjust the date for each entry. Also, no support available.

Needs improvement
I like this app for tracking my BMs. I would like to see a couple fixes though. 1. When in calendar view it would be nice to see the days that I had a BM or the # of BMs that day. 2. There is a glitch where I cannot get to certain days that I forgot to log. I keep choosing Dec 7 and it switches to the 8, and again the 9th. This needs to be fixed, makes the app unusable. 3. It needs to allow you to enter the same treatment more than once a day.

Perfect tool
This is a great tool in a user friendly format. This information is really useful for my doctor in aiding my treatment. Needs more diagrams.

Good but needs update
New review 3/1/15: still glitchy when it comes to the date. App never automatically changes to current date. Would be a 5-star app after a few changes. Old review: Helpful app. Needs update. Wish I could customize entries a bit more.

Please update!!
This is a beautiful app with so much potential, but it will force quit on me often and the date not automatically changing everyday is incredibly annoying.

Needs a report for log entries
After 3 days of logging all my meals and symptoms, I discovered that there is no way for me to get this info out of the app so I can show my doctor. The Report section says "We'll leave your Daily Log entries out of the report" as if that is a desired "feature". If they add a report which has ALL the info I've been entering, I'll give the app 5 stars.

Please help
All my son data from the past years is gone !!!! What can I do Please help

Very good (but)
I like this best of all other app options. Simple but not too. Info (but not overload as is my second fave. ) However, BIG drawback for me is no syncing with my other devices! Cause of Intntl travel, I use 2 iPhones and an iPad. Need all info in all places PLEASE! Wrote to developer who was barely responsive and seemed to express no interest in helping this very impt situation.

Great tracker, needs some refinement
Easy to track bowel movements and symptoms, and view in list or calendar format—a must—in a beautifully designed interface. Best looking BM tracker out there. However, there is room for improvement. 1. Auto advance the date when opening the application. I tend to track the same day, but I always have to manually change the date to today. Sometimes I forget, which leads me to... 2. Allow the date to be changed on an entry that is (1) currently being added, or (2) has already been added and is being edited. If I input on the wrong date (which happens most often, but not always, because the date doesn't auto advance or ) then I have to delete and re-add. 3. After completing an entry, the app prompts the user to fill out other details for that day. I get it already. Don't ask me every single time. I've been using the app a couple weeks now, and I don't need to be constantly reminded. Please only show these tips when first using the app, and allow them to stop once the user is familiar. Maybe after a few days, or after the user asks to no longer receive them. Same when entering the "Entries" tab. Now that I have more than X number of entries, it always tells me I have enough to view reports. Again, I get it. Stop reminding me every single time I enter that screen. If the above is addressed, I would give this app 5/5. If they incorporated Touch ID, I would give it 7/5, but the Passcode is sufficient enough for now. However, in the future I expect Touch ID to be implemented in any and all apps with Passcode features.

Needs Refinement
I love the simple and sleek design of the app. However, I have some suggestions to make the app even better: 1. Have the date automatically move to the current date 2. Ability to enter a missed entry. I'm trying to enter one for yesterday, but am finding myself unable to even after completely exiting the app. 3. Ability to select more than one type of "look" for a BM. 4. Don't have a popup asking you to enter treatments, etc. it burdens the user more to have to exit out of that. I'd suggest just having that feature the first few times the app is used. Other than that a great app! Simple and sleek. Makes it fairly easy to track your BMs.

Like it but graphs still broke
Works great for tracking although the latest update seems to have broken the graphs. The line in the graph draws from 12/15 back to the left and nothing graphs forward. Also it seems to not set itself to today's date when submitting a new entry.

Apple HealthKit Support?
This is an extremely helpful app for tracking and managing my IBS. The best out there as far as I'm concerned. Now that iOS 8 is out, I'd love to see support for Apple's HealthKit for synching in both directions. It would be fantastic to be able to have it automatically synch my exercise and fiber intake from my other apps via the HealthKit. I sure hope you guys are already working on this.... and, I second the need for a daily comment feature. Thanks!

Can't stop crashing
Fix this plz!!

Good but needs update
Helpful app. Needs update. Wish I could customize entries a bit more.

Very good but
I like this best of all other app options. Simple but not too. Info but not overload as is my second fave. However, BIG drawback for me is no syncing with my other devices! There's no accuracy, esp re patterns and % in reports if all info is not in one place. Wrote to developer who was barely responsive and seemed to express no interest in helping this very impt situation.

Super useful App
I track what I eat and then how I feel. Easy to save the info wherever I am and then share with doctor. Best app I've found for this.

Finally a good app for tracking
Great app, helps me track what I need and better understand my own patterns with abdominal pain...

Diet tracking very limited
This app has a major flaw--no way to enter what you ate, so it's impossible to tell if certain foods trigger symptoms (or lack of certain foods). If you have no food sensitivities and eat a well-balanced diet but have bowel problems from not enough fiber, water or exercise then you might like this app.

Perfect for me
I don't have IBS but severe GERD and I need to track my symptoms with treatments. This works perfectly, is a lot more discreet than a note book and I can email it to my dr. Well designed.

Really really helpful app
This app is great for tracking my IBS and is VERY user-friendly. You can keep all of your info private by locking it with the password protection. You can add symptoms, treatments, diet, and activities which helps you really see what and how you're doing. It shows you graphs and reports about all of your info which is really helpful. The only down sides are the options that you have to enter your data. For BMs, there are only 5 options that you can select for how your BM looked. I think having more options or an "other" category where you can write in your own would be helpful. For the diet and activities section, it has very subjective options. For example, it says how much fiber did you eat with options between none and recommended but it doesn't say how much recommended it. Overall, i would HIGHLY recommend this app to anyone that has IBS

Won't work :(
Im not sure why but I can not get the app to let me add any symptoms :(

Easy to use
This app is easy to use and helps to quantify the symptoms to help see what's going on personally and pass on info to MD.

Very useful
I like this app since it helps me to track specific symptoms related to bowel movements etc. The interface looks nice, though it is sometimes a little clumsy (like when one wants to go back to another day there are way too many clicks needed and at first it is a little confusing). Another thing which would be really helpful would be (a least) some sort of note taking possibility for each day so one can note what foods one ate, or if there was something one usually does not eat to see if it might influence the BMs. Right now I need to track this info elsewhere, which makes it a little tedious. Other than that it is a really helpful and stable app!

Good app, but needs notes section
I like the app because it's simple. I think it's designed to give you a place to store information about your symptoms so you can then take that information to your doctor. But one improvement it needs to make is a place to add notes. I would like to be able to make notes about the food I ate or stress triggers or other information that will help me diagnose my issues with IBS. Another reviewer mentioned the need for a definition of what "recommended fiber intake" is (how much is recommended?), and they have added that information. Nice!

Won't work
For some reason it won't work for me either. This app looks really helpful and I wish it would allow me to add symptoms

Celiac Disease
such a helpful app for tracking symptoms!

Decent, but not native for the iPad
This would be better if it were native for the iPad, but it is a decent app for tracking IBS symptoms. The perfect app would be combined with a food journal, but perfection is not yet available in the app store.

Very useful app
This app is very useful for tracking stomach and GI problems. All Of the different tabs and grading criteria help to see the big picture in what your system is doing. It's easy enough to mentally track a couple days worth of symptoms but past that and my memory gets fuzzy. This app helps to see trends in symptoms and lets me see what I do to help or hurt my system. I would recommend this app to anyone that has tummy and/ or GI problems.

Tummy Trends
Very good. Would like an update to include a place for comments or notes each day. And a place to include what food was eaten each day.

Only small additions needed
Great app. Very handy for tracking patterns. Would love a daily note section and a more detailed section for tracking food/fiber/water intake.

Wish it would work
I was just diagnosed with ibs and this app could have helped me keep track of my daily habits. Unfortunately there is some kind of glitch with the app and I cannot use it :( looks like a great app though.

Works great
This app has everything I was looking for in a tracking program, without a lot of complicated extras. I only wish it had a section so I could add a short note for my doctor, for my next check-up.

Great but needs update
Would love a notes section. Or a place to track bleeding.

More features please!
Would like custom fields to track and a daily notes section... And this app would be perfect!

Multiple BMs
Unless I'm missing it, you can only track 1 BM a day. I'd like the ability to document each and get a total number per day but that's just my issue.

1 Improvement needed
This app would be perfect if it had a daily notes sections. I have some symptoms that I would like to track that are not on the given list.

Just downloaded
So far I love it. Just wanted to write a review pointing out a few issues that I hope will be resolved with the next update. 1) there's no way to add manual notes, such as where I can write down specifics. 2) you must choose one type of bowel movement and that's not always accurate. It also doesn't allow you to choose color. 3) any treatment you add will be added to every day. I wanted to mention that I was taking ibuprofen during my menstrual cycle, but I can't do that. 4) you can't track specific food. Just whether or not you add enough water and fiber. I was hoping for something a bit more extensive to try and track down triggers. All in all it's the best app for this I've found.

Great app!
This app is extremely helpful for me to track my ibs symptoms. The only thing I can suggest would be to have the option to select an "other" box when you input your symptoms.

Almost perfect
Need a way to add diet info. Getting around this by adding diet info under Treatments, but need "treatment time" option.

Menstrual cycle, anyone?
It would be nice to include menstrual cycle as an option. It seems like a great app. I will keep for now.

Minor flaws
Really helpful app for me. Helps track my ibs to show my doctor my symptoms. Wish I could add what color my bowel movement was and what I ate in depth!! Overall a great app though.
