Almost there...
Thank you for this app! Love almost everything about it. This app could definitely be a lifesaver, IF you already know WHERE the glucagon kit is located. But if the user can’t even figure that part out, then what? (Not including primary caregivers, they are most likely to get the kit quickly & administer the shot correctly.) I *love* the fact that you can add the kits locations, but why not make it easier for the user to locate that info? A friend, co-worker, relative... who has little to no experience administering the glucagon shot will be flustered, either trying to remember where their diabetic friend said they kept it, or fumbling through the app, trying to find the feature that will tell them where to find the dang shot! All the while, our poor diabetic friend is about to (or already has) pass out! Oh yes, plus they have to take time to mix it. Just a little change to an already helpful app... but it could make the world of difference! Please, make the format a little more user friendly, & a bit easier to navigate in a real-life emergency situation. Larger font, easy to navigate interface, with a large labeled button that clearly states: “shot location”. Let’s make it easy for glucagon kit users... they are after all, trying to save someone’s life.

I was so excited to enter our kits in & be alerted to when they expire. Well... now they’ve expired. I can’t edit the date in the kits to update to the new glucagon. Can’t figure how to delete them either but I can add more kits... looking forward to an update so I can continue to keep track of my 7 year old’s glucagon that’s at home and at school.

Almost there...
Thank you for this app! Love almost everything about it. This app could definitely be a lifesaver, IF you already know WHERE the glucagon kit is located. But if the user can’t even figure that part out, then what? (Not including primary caregivers, they are most likely to get the kit quickly & administer the shot correctly.) All the while, our poor diabetic friend is about to (or already has) pass out!

Please, make the format a little more user friendly, & a bit easier to navigate in a real-life emergency situation. Larger font, easy to navigate interface, with a large labeled button that clearly states: “shot location”. Let’s make it easy for glucagon kit users... they are after all, trying to save someone’s life.

A must!
As a parent of a 2yr old T1d, this app is a must! I've watched the tutorial in case she ever has a severe hypo. I don't want to miss a single step while trying not to panic. Every T1d and their caregiver or friends should have this app. It could help save their life one day. Best to be prepared than hesitant not knowing how to mix the vial or give the proper dosage.

Good idea...
While the app is an awesome idea, it has a serious glitch where it won't respond to your swipes. Very frustrating because you can even scroll through all the steps if it doesn't respond. You need to be able to go through each step very quickly as you would be doing in a real life situation. Hope it gets fixed because it is a great app!

No help for me
I thought this app would help when I needed to mix glucagon, but it takes too long to get to the information. I was trying to mix a glucagon just for practice and thought I would see how the app works. It did not help me at all. I am deleting the app.

Won't work with ios8
Worked fine before update, but now app crashes as soon as it opens. Please update!

Still not working!!!
Hello!? This app hasn't been working for months! Please fix it. It was a great app when it worked, but it's not doing us diabetics much good if we can't open the app.

Incompatible with iOS 8
Unacceptable. iOS 8 was released months ago...get on it. This is a life threatening disease & we rely on things like this.

Poor App
This app won't even open! I wanted this app to help a student with diabetes, but no luck.

Fix problem and I will change
I've been type 1 diabetic for almost 20 years. I was so excited to find this app that I could have friends and loved ones keep on their phones in case of emergencies. Used to work great and was super helpful. Since I updated to iOS 8, it crashes as soon as I open it. Same goes for several other peoples' phones I've tried it on. Please fix and I will change my rating to 5/5!

Thank you for this life saving app
I have been able to share the needs to know with so very many more people with a greater detail than I normally would. Thank you so much for developing this instructional and interactive app. More app designers and companies should follow your template geared toward the consumer.

Awesome
My 4 year old was diagnosed with type 1 just 10 days ago, and this will be an invaluable tool for training his care providers. Thank you!!

Do you ever get Comments that include AEs?
I rate this app very high because it is useful and also because it is careful to indicate important safety information prominently. I was wondering, however, if Lilly has received any adverse event messages from users in the comments posted to iTunes? If so, what is Lilly's policy for dealing with these?
