How many crashes does it take??

Just got the app and haven't been able to set it up. Every time I put all my info in and hit the ok box for the terms the app crashes and shuts down. I was looking forward to using this app. It's disappointing to go threw all the trouble of looking it up and downloading it only to have it crash befor you even start it up good!!!!!

This app is terrible. It won't even let you sign up. It needs to be fixed. I'm only giving it one star because I have to give it something!

Broken app

I see that people have been having the same problem as me as far back as April, so I'm assuming it will never be fixed. Every time I try to register the app shuts down. I'll be deleting it now!

Lots of opportunity for improvement

The app intent is simple: help individuals track their progress while on the medication. Here are my suggestions for improvement: *integrate the platform with other existing apps, like MyFitnessPal & MapMyRun (etc), which is already a successful tracker. This way, I don't have to track in two places. *ensure smooth integration with the website. My goal calories do not transition over

Crash and burn

App crashes on my iPhone 4S when ticking the terms of service checkbox. Can't establish an account or login. If the app is so poorly designed, how good will the medication be? Now I am worried.

Fix the app

Like others said, I was excited to see there was an app for this since I just started it today. Tried to sign up several times and was not even able to complete before it kicked me out.

Fix it

This worked once, what happened? Same as others-I try to sign in and get kicked out. Why even have the application if it doesn't work. Not a good promotion for the support of the product, wouldn't you agree? This is not a silly poker game, it is a health app!

Just like everyone else, I cannot create an account. The second you check that you agree to its terms and use, it crashes! Why have an app that doesn't work at all? Please fix this ASAP!

Shuts down every time I try to register. I wish this would work but comments have been posted since 2013 and no resolution yet.

Every time you try to sign up as a new user and click on agree with terms, the app crashes. PLEASE fix ASAP so I can begin using it along with the medicine.

Needs work

This app would work better if the food log had a broader base & included food brands from more grocery stores, restaurants. Also maybe there could be a way to link the food activity portion of the app with a calorie counter app such as my fitness pal or lose weight to make it easier to track. The intent of the app is great. I am seeing great results with my two week trial of med.

Great concept, but the app is SO slow. Everything takes forever to load. Better off with other food/calorie/activity logs. Update the app and I'll be back.

Needs much improving!

I like the concept, helps me keep track of my calories and activities, but more food choices need to be added and an option to put the amount of calories in manually. A lot of the foods I eat cannot be found. A lot of my actives cannot be found either. It also loads extremely slow! Needs much improvement! Please fix soon! I really like the idea of this app!

Can't even register - app crashes constantly!

Haven't been able to register because every time I click on "I have read and agree to terms and conditions" the app crashes!!!

I was really excited about this app when told by our local qsymia rep, only to be disappointed when I couldn't even get an account. It crashed as soon as I tried. No good. Fix it and I'll definitely be back!

App inoperable

Unable to even register for an account. When I tap the box to "agree to terms" the app closes immediately--5 times in a row! Will not save my info. Please fix the problem?

Force closes

I was prescribed this pill, and I was reading up about it and saw they had an app. So I went to sign up, and when I hit agree to terms, and sign up it force closes! Until they make a newer version, don't get the app.. FORCE CLOSES!

Doesn't work

Need I say more. You fill out your information, check the Terms of Service button and it crashes. Fix your bug!

Can't even register!

As others have stated, it crashes every time I try to check the agree to terms box on the account creation page. So, the app is basically worthless until this is fixed.
