For measuring the weight with the scale so far it's been great. The shop feature it's a bit rudimentary as we cannot drag the cursor rightwards. I already synchronised with Samsung Healt app but the latter doesn't seem to receive the weight information. Edit: Yes, I'm using body scale HS6, the top/most expensive that you have and sell. I cannot sync my data with Samsung Health APP

IHealth removed the ability to sync app info with other applications. I used to sync with Myfitnesspal, would be happy with Garmin connect or myfitnesspal. This was the reason I bought the scale in the first place... disappointed with decision and the reasons given

Bluetooth blood pressure cuff is found and paired with no problems by android 5 (the latest my samsung S4 phone will support) , but since an ihealth software update a few months ago , the app now stalls on 'connecting' phase. My purchase is thus now worthless.. I can connect other blueooth devices with no problem on my phone, and the device can be detected and paired with no problems on my phone. The only thing that has changed is the ihealth software.

Why does the app not have the glucose on it? I am not impressed. Really frustrating after installing and reinstalling thinking it was something I did wrong.

The interface is less than perfect, but it is fine once you get the hang of it. Biggest disappointment was finding that S-Health app sync wasn't working as expected. It pulls data *from* my S-Health app just fine, but doesn't push data *to* S-Health (which is what I was expecting it to do, and a big reason for why I bought a fancy scale). I submitted a ticket to their support and got back the following response: "After some research we've determined that there is a known bug integrating our app as a data source with the S Health App. Our development team is aware of this and we hope to have it resolved shortly. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and we appreciate you patience and understanding as we work on this issue." So they lose some points for not having the specific feature I was looking for when buying the scale, but win some of those points back by having decent tech support that followed up within 24 hours with a response that admitted it is a known bug that is expected to be fixed soon.

AM3 Won't pair with any of my phone's. I have an LG g4 and a Oneplus 5 .. I know there is a list of compatible phone's but this is unacceptable. Please try and update your app. The device without the app is useless.

Another Ihealth dissapontment. Ihealth BP monitor won't sync with their own App. Samsung Note recognizes device but not other way around. Was going to suggest this for all my patients but no way.

Ihave received AM3 as a gift. I have LG G5 last android and i jave spent hours trying to pair until I have seen that there is a limited devices list on your website. What should I do now? Buy a new phone to use 25$ device? Please provide the solution.

Same problems others reference about inability to connect BP3L holiday week 12/26/2017. I can connect via Note 8 Settings Bluetooth connection tool. But I can't connect BP3L device to Note 8. If I assume I'm connected because the Note 8 says the two devices are paired and then I try to take my blood pressure, the My Vitals software on the Note 8 says it can't connect. I contacted iHealth via its Contact Us menu choice. Let's see how long it takes for them to contact me. I'll post that info here after they do.
