Good App, but..... 
Great app but you can't enter data on one device (tablet, for example) and have it automatically appear on another device (Smartphone). Being able to log in to the app from multiple devices would also work.

Very patient friendly App great design and large screen buttons helps me see better. Allows me to keep all my appointments doctors, pharmacy and health contacts in a single place. Love the calendar and the Symptom tracker, useful for me to record my symptoms on the fly. Great job !
